At Remedy, every detail is designed to create a calm, welcoming, and elevated experience. To help us maintain that environment for all guests, we kindly ask that the following is respected during your visit.
Guest Experience
Appointments are reserved for the scheduled guest and one additional companion. If you need to bring a child or guest who is not receiving a service, we ask that they remain seated and supervised throughout your visit.
Respecting the Space
We are committed to providing a relaxing and respectful environment for both our guests and our team. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
Service Satisfaction
We want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can make an adjustment if needed. Adjustments requested after this timeframe may be subject to additional charges.
All services are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
24 hours means a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time — not simply the day before. For example, a Tuesday appointment at 2:00 PM would need to be canceled by Monday at 2:00 PM.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
To keep the day running smoothly for all guests:
Services booked for 15–30 minutes allow a 5 minute grace period
Services longer than 30 minutes allow a 15 minute grace period
Arrivals beyond this window may need to be rescheduled and may incur a 50% service charge.
